Trust and activation

What depends on activation

The capabilities that are built and wait on a provider, a review or a payment account before they run live.

Part of this behaviour depends on an activation AGENEON completes before it goes live for your workspace. The page in your workspace states the current state truthfully.

Provider activations

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger require Meta business verification and app review. Shopify, Salla, Zid and Foodics require each provider's app listing review. Google Calendar requires Google's OAuth verification. Until an activation completes, the corresponding page states that the capability is not yet live for your workspace rather than pretending it is.

Outbound delivery and scheduling

Sending to customers on provider channels and the scheduled work behind follow-ups and Agent turns are activated by AGENEON per environment. What the product records is always true; what it has delivered externally depends on that activation.
