Your subscription
The Billing page shows the plan covering this workspace, its period, its state and its usage meters. An agency-paid workspace shows the agency as the payer.
States
An active or trialing subscription keeps every capability of its plan available. A subscription that has lapsed keeps your data readable and stops the paid work the plan covered until it is restored. Support cannot change a plan or a price on your behalf.
Paying online
Online payment for AGENEON subscriptions depends on AGENEON's payment provider activation. Until then the Billing page states what is available for your workspace.
