Catalog

Offerings are the products, services and bookable services you sell, each with a name, a pricing mode and a price where you set one. The Agent quotes only what the catalog holds; an offering with a starting-from price is quoted as such.

Bookings

Booking Settings decide durations, buffers, notice, confirmation mode and cancellation windows. A booking made by the Agent follows those settings and appears on the Bookings page with its full history: created, confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, completed or no-show.

Orders

An order recorded in AGENEON lists what was ordered and its total from your catalog. It says nothing about payment. Orders from a connected store are shown beside them, read-only, with the store named as their owner.
