Your first hour
Sign up and complete the setup. It asks what your business does and, if you have a website, reads it to build a first understanding. Then review your Agent, add knowledge it should answer from, and connect a channel. The workspace home shows what still needs you.
Where things are
Operate: the home, the Inbox, bookings and orders where you have them, customers, and Agent work. Understand: analytics. Build: the Agent, knowledge, catalog, channels and connections. Settings, billing and help are in the account menu.
