Knowledge: what the Agent answers from

Manual text, website pages and files, how they are processed, and what ready means.

Knowledge

Part of this behaviour depends on an activation AGENEON completes before it goes live for your workspace. The page in your workspace states the current state truthfully.

Three kinds of source

Add knowledge as text you write, as pages from your website, or as a file. Each source is processed into searchable passages the Agent retrieves when a question matches; a source is usable only once its status is ready.

Failed and pending

Processing uses an AI provider and is bounded by your workspace's usage boundary. A failed source shows why; you can process it again from the Knowledge page. A source that stays pending means processing has not run yet for your workspace.

Precedence

Your catalog and connected systems outrank knowledge text. A price in a page you wrote a year ago never overrides the price in your catalog.
