Three roles
Owners and admins manage the workspace: settings, team, connections, billing, the Agent, approvals and payment verification. Members operate inside it: the Inbox, customers, bookings and orders. What a page offers follows the role; what the database permits follows it too, so a hidden control is not a bypass.
Agencies
An agency that manages your workspace does so through an access grant you can see and revoke in Settings. A read-only grant is read-only.
AI and authority
Your Agent, and AGENEON's own support assistance, act only with authority a person already holds. An automation trigger, a recommendation or a support case grants nothing; the action is re-checked at the moment it happens.
