The business profile
Your industry, country, city, preferred language and a short description live in Settings. The Agent introduces the business from this profile, and a profile without an industry or a language leaves the Agent unable to state what the business is.
Hours and operating settings
Business hours decide when follow-ups may be sent and how the Agent behaves outside hours. Operating settings decide when the Agent hands a conversation to a person: on request, on missing information, on high intent, or outside hours.
Team
Invite colleagues from Settings with a link. Owners and admins manage the workspace; members operate inside it. See Roles and permissions for what each may do.
