Roles

An Agent has one role: Sales, Sales and Booking, Customer Support, Booking, or Lead Qualification. The role decides what the Agent may read and do. A Customer Support Agent answers from your business information and brings complaints to your team; a Sales and Booking Agent can search your catalog, complete a booking under your Booking Settings, and record an order priced from your catalog.

What the Agent never does

It never states a price, discount or delivery charge that your catalog does not hold. It never confirms a payment. It never acts on a connected system unless that action was made reachable for your workspace and, where required, approved by a person.

Testing

The Agent page has a test console. Test conversations are marked as tests and are excluded from customer counts, so you can try the Agent as often as you like.
