Part of this behaviour depends on an activation AGENEON completes before it goes live for your workspace. The page in your workspace states the current state truthfully.
Channels
Customers reach your Agent through your website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. WhatsApp and the Meta channels require business verification and app review on Meta's side before messages flow live; the Channels page shows exactly where each channel stands for your workspace.
Connections
Stores: Shopify, Salla, Zid and WooCommerce give the Agent your products and let it answer about an order's status. Foodics gives a restaurant its menu and can let the Agent prepare an order for a person to approve. Scheduling: Calendly and Google Calendar give the Agent real availability. n8n registers operations your own automations expose.
A connected system stays the owner of its data. AGENEON reads and mirrors; changes to a product or an order are made in the system that owns it.
Connected, needs attention, disconnected
Connected means the last exchange with the provider succeeded. Needs attention means it works less well than it should: a permission is expiring, an asset is missing, or updates are not arriving. Disconnected or permission expired means the provider will not talk to AGENEON until you reconnect. Reconnecting is done on the Connections page by an owner or admin; AGENEON support can guide it but never performs it for you.
