Ask from Help

Describe the problem on the Help page. AGENEON opens a case, reads your workspace's actual state, and answers with what it found: the likely cause with its evidence, the documentation that explains the expected behaviour, and the next step. When the state does not explain the problem, it says so and escalates to AGENEON support with everything it learned.

Case states

Open, diagnosing, waiting for you, waiting for a provider, escalated, resolved, closed. Waiting for you means AGENEON asked you for something or for an approval; reply on the case and it moves back into the queue. You can mark a case resolved and close it yourself.

What support can and cannot do

Support can read sanitized health, guide a reconnection, recommend a configuration change, and ask an owner to approve a change the product's own pages perform. Support cannot reveal credentials, change a plan, lift a suspension, refund or alter a payment record, delete data, change who has authority, or read another workspace.
