Refund Policy

 

RETURNS DUE TO CONCERNS

The Neon Company accepts returns for concerns as long as the products are standard webshop products (custom quotes and configuration orders are not included), we receive a return request within 10 days of receipt of the product, and the products are returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and transportation must be arranged by the customer.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed into a credit toward a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this is complete.

The Neon Company will refund the value of the returned merchandise, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping costs paid.

WARRANTY RETURNS

The Neon Company will honor all valid warranty claims on basic products (non-custom products) provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will have to prepay return shipping, but we will refund you after a successful warranty claim.

After receiving the returned items, you can expect The Neon Company to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will be given the choice of:
(a) a refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item (if in stock)
