1. Unlawful or harmful activity
You may not use AGENEON to violate law or another person's rights; facilitate violence or exploitation; distribute illegal goods or content; harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse people; or knowingly expose people to material harm.
2. Fraud, deception, and impersonation
You may not conduct phishing, scams, payment fraud, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, identity theft, credential theft, or misleading activity designed to make a person believe an AI agent is an authorized human, business, or public authority when it is not.
3. Messaging and platform abuse
You may not send spam, abusive bulk or automated messages, or communications without required consent; evade opt-outs or rate limits; use misleading sender identities; or violate Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or another connected platform's terms, developer policies, commerce rules, or permission requirements.
4. Security abuse
You may not introduce malware, destructive code, or denial-of-service activity; probe or exploit systems without written authorization; bypass tenant boundaries, authentication, OAuth consent, resource approval, or action approval; scrape credentials or tokens; or interfere with service integrity or another user's access.
5. Unauthorized data and surveillance
You may not access, collect, infer, monitor, or disclose personal, confidential, or proprietary data without authority; conduct unlawful surveillance or tracking; upload stolen datasets; crawl private or access-controlled content; or use the service to build sensitive profiles in violation of law or reasonable expectations.
6. AI-agent responsibilities
You must configure agents with appropriate boundaries, provide accurate business context, test material workflows, maintain human oversight, and avoid presenting unverified output as guaranteed fact. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for high-impact legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, or safety decisions.
7. Enforcement and reporting
AGENEON may investigate suspected abuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, platforms, or the service. We will consider context, severity, recurrence, and remediation. Report suspected abuse through the verified support channel in your account or onboarding correspondence.
