General support
Use the verified AGENEON support channel provided during onboarding or in account correspondence. Include your account email, workspace name, relevant page or request ID, and a concise description. Never send your password, access token, refresh token, encryption key, or service-role credential.
Privacy and data requests
Mark the request “Privacy request” or “Data deletion.” State whether you are an AGENEON account user, workspace representative, customer, or website visitor; identify the relevant workspace or business; and describe the access, correction, export, objection, or deletion requested. We may verify identity and authority before acting.
Security issues
Mark the report “Security vulnerability” and include the affected URL or feature, potential impact, reproducible steps, and a safe proof of concept. Avoid accessing other users' data or disrupting the service. See the Security page for responsible-reporting expectations.
Public contact and registration details
AGENEON is the company and public identity. Its formal registered suffix, registration number, registered address, and jurisdiction will be added when finalized. Dedicated general-support, privacy, and security contacts must also be established. Addresses such as privacy@ageneon.com or security@ageneon.com are not represented as active until they have been created and verified. These details should be added before external OAuth or app-review submission.
